The Antique Baltic Amber Mala – A 108+6 beads extended mala made by premium mini cypress bodhi seed beads (6 mm).

Bodhi seeds, also known as Cypress seeds, are the seeds of Tibetan cypress trees (Ci Xiang tree), originating in India, now growing in Yunnan and Tibet. Its usually planted or grown around temples. The branches and leaves are often used by the monks to soak in water with heat. The water then is used to cleanse the body and are considered to wash away all negative energy from body and mind. Some evidence indicate the leaves and fruits of Cypress trees also have certain medicinal value. Leaves and fruits can be directly used as medicines and possibly have the effect of clearing away excess “heat” from body (In Chinese medicine, it its believed a perfect balance of Yin and Yang is the key to maintain a healthy body.
